Enter your email and password

Complete any extra verification
If a code is requested, it goes to the contact method on your account. Treat that code like a house key: it is for you only, never for “support” in a chat window.
Confirm which account you are in
Check the account label before placing anything. A practice account and a live account can look identical at a glance.

Newcomers often assume there is a single login. There are really two doors to the same house, and each has a different job.
If something fails on one door, try the other. A password that works on the website but not in the platform usually points to a connection or setup issue rather than a wrong password.
